Term Groups
You can use the Term Groups page to associate terms with a term group. For example, you can group a set of registration or attendance terms that can be used to present the enrollment status for a student. You can associate a term with only one Term Group.
Using Anthology Student, you can then calculate the aggregation of credits or hours and track enrollment status for students who attend multiple institutions with different academic calendars.
A term can be added to or removed from a group even if there is a registration in the term. You can see when the overall enrollment status for a student is recalculated based on changes that are made to the term groups.
Prerequisites
To view the page, you must have Academics - Configuration - View authorization.
To edit the page, you must have Academics - Configuration - Manage authorization.
If the institution revokes your permissions to work with a campus, you can only view the Terms associated with the campus. You cannot select or remove them from the list.
Access Method
Select the Configuration tile > locate Academic Records > select Term Groups.
Procedure to Add or Edit Items

Review the values of the records in the grid.

If you want to:

Add a new list item, select the New button on the toolbar

Add a new list item by copying and modifying an existing list item, select the row in the list and the Duplicate button on the toolbar

Edit an existing list item, select the name in the list

Review, specify, or change the following values.

Select Save to save the Term Group information. If you are adding a Term Group, the Terms grid is enabled only when you select the Save button.

In Terms, select Add to select one or more Terms to associate with the Term Group. The Terms are displayed based on the campus permissions assigned to you. If you have the permission to view all campuses, the Terms for all campuses are displayed.
If your permissions are revoked for a specific campus, you can only view the Terms that are associated with the campus.

Select Select to add the Terms. The Terms are added to the Term Group.

If you want to save and:

Continue making changes, select the Save button

Continue to add another item to the list, select the Save & New button

Close, select the Save & Close button
